Refund policy

RETURN POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 14 days from your order’s arrival.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours before shipment. After delivery, returns are subject to our Return Policy.
We gladly accept items that are in the same condition as you received them, unworn or unused, free from scratches or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. Items must also be in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once your return is processed, the refund will be issued to your original form of payment for the merchandise amount. Express shipping costs cannot be refunded.

How to Return or Exchange a Purchased Item

1. RETURNS
Obtain your Return Authorization Number:
Contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When approved, you will receive an email with your Return Merchandise Authorization Number along with detailed shipping and packaging instructions.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Purchases of 'on sale' items or gift cards cannot be returned.

Package Your Order?
Repack the item(s) in the original packaging materials. To receive a refund, you must provide the original packaging. Write the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the receipt and on the outside of the package. Items returned must be in the same condition as when received.

Shipping & Insurance:
Please use a trackable shipping method and ship your product to the address listed on the original packaging with your receipt. "RETURN FOR REFUND" must be clearly written on your receipt, as well as the reason for your return. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
The package will be returned to its original sender if the RMA number is not included on the box or if it has been damaged or tampered with.
Note: for security purposes, do not write www.barkincollars.com or the contents of the package, such as jewelry, silver, or any other related items, on the outside of the box.

Return Process
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a full refund for the cost of the item on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

2. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
